Who was the Australian who traveled round the world on the travel channel in a catamaran ?

I am trying to track down this show where this Australian(i think)
sails around the world in a catamaran. I am trying to find the name of
the show and see if i can get those DVD's. I faintly remember some
episodes where he visits Galapagos islands along with another fellow
sailor he picks up and then on another show he visits some old prisons
in south/central America.
