I watched it on tv earlier this year but forgot the title. It is about
a fighter pilot in the war whose plane is hit and as he's going down
talks to a beautiful girl on the phone who he remembers when he wakes
up after floating onto a beach. He should have died however there was
a mix up in heaven, then he meets this girl and falls in love and when
the people who organise heaven realise they send this weird effeminate
french bloke down to get him but he wont go, and argues his case
saying since they messed up they should let him stay. eventually he
wins. That's basically it...
